ABOUT US
Working with people has been a life long passion. I attended OSU studying engineering and worked with several hi tech manufactures in quality,
planning, estimating, sales, project management and plant management, founded a machining company and developed a consulting career. After
the experience of working both internally and externally with companies, I realized there had to be a better way to help individuals and companies
increase performance. Traditional training was lacking.
I had been coaching men and women in the business world and saw many advantages to this type of development which spurred me to complete
training through ACEP and CTA and graduate from RAC Coaching Academy. I founded Reaching Superior Achievements, a developmental
coaching firm where I am able to use my passion to help executives and key personal reach their potential.
My spare time is spent volunteering with several not-for-profit organizations and working with youth through 4-H. I am also an active member
of my church where my wife is the minister.
